We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 14 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 10 days of delivery).

Return: If you don’t like a product for any reason, even if it is not our fault, you are encouraged to send it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days. You need to email us (info@mondusdistinction.com) first to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number after you received the item. If an item is returned without an RMA number, it will incur a 10% restocking fee. All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility. The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.

No returns will be accepted on special order products or large concrete items (bird baths or fountains). 

Manufacture defect: If an item has a factory defect in material or workmanship, we will refund the original shipping cost as well, and pay to have it returned to us (or we will ask you to send us a photo of the defective item). Returned items must be in resellable condition, and must be returned within 14 days from receipt with the original carton, packaging and receipt.

Mail Order Damaged Merchandise: Retain all packaging and contact us at info@mondusdistinction.com within 10 days from receipt.
